My Learning is where you'll find every course assigned to you. Work through it at your own pace and pick up right where you left off.
How to find your courses
On web: Navigate to Knowledge Center → Training → My Learning (if you also have courses you can author).
On mobile: Navigate to the options menu (three line icon) → Training.
Within My Learning, you'll see every course assigned to you, each with a progress indicator.
If you've enabled Training notifications in your profile, you'll get an email and a push notification when a new course is assigned to you.
If you haven't set that preference yet, you won't be notified — turn it on under My Profile → Notifications.
How to complete a course
Open a course to see its outline of topics, steps, and quizzes. Read through each step and mark it complete as you go — a course is done once every published step is complete.
A lock icon means a step is gated behind a quiz you haven't passed yet. Complete and pass the quiz to unlock what's after it.
How to take a quiz
Open a quiz to see a start card with the number of questions and how many attempts you have left (if the quiz has a limit). Answer the questions one at a time.
If you don't pass and have attempts remaining, you can retry it — either from the beginning or just the questions you missed, depending on how the quiz is set up.
A passed quiz is final — you can't retake it, even if you'd like a better score. Going back to a quiz you've already passed shows your result again instead of the questions.
What to do if you're blocked
If a course locks progress behind a quiz and you're out of attempts, you'll see a message explaining what to do next — usually reaching out to your manager.
Only a manager can reset your attempts so you can try again.
