NetGym only surfaces ONE instructor per sub request.
That means:
Only the primary instructor can sub the class out in NetGym.
The assistant/second instructor will not see the class on their NetGym schedule.
The class will not appear in NetGym class-count data for the assistant.
There are two options to handle this in NetGym:
