NetGym does not pull in Privates. They have to be listed as classes. Here are some options below to accomodate the need to find instructor for private sessions.
Scenario 1: Member has an idea they want to do Monday evenings for a recurring private.
Solution A: Using the sub request feature for tracking purposes, steps below:
Create Staff Profile call "TBD Private Instructor" (or whatever you'd like)
In ClubReady Schedule a "Private Intro/Semi-Private" class (date time location) and assign it to the staff profile called TBD Private Instructor
Log into NetGym, create a sub request on behalf of "TBD Private Instructor". You will see every "private" class assign to this profile that you can select from
Send out the class as a "sub request" so you can keep tabs on it until you know it's filled. When you send it out you can include in the comments of the request a range of time (5pm - 10pm)
Once approved in NG, we will update the class in CR to show the approved Instructor for the private, so you now know who's taking it on.
(Outside NetGym) Proceed to your next steps of connecting the instructor to the client so they can take it from there...
Solution B: Using "Posts - Permanent Class Openings"
Create a Perm Class post with Subject line "Private Session Needed"
Include range days & broad times if the member has flexibility with evenings or afternoons
Let people Accept/Decline & possibly comment on the post
Pick your person
(Outside NetGym) Proceed to your next steps of connecting the instructor to the client so they can take it from there...
Solution C: Using NetGym Group Chat
Create a Group Chat called "Privates Needed"
Select/set Audience Criteria so it includes all teachers.
Allow only management to post in the chat
Everytime you need a private, send it out and ask for an emoji response.
This option would not get cluttered, as long as you only post the privates available AND you only let the team react with an emoji instead of having chit chat going on :)
