No user found error/can't login/resend invite/activation email

Troubleshoot login issues in NetGym, including "no user found" errors and how to resend an invite to a staff member.

Written by Danielle Orlick

If you are getting "no user found" error message when trying to login, its because of one of the below reasons!

  1. The email address you are using is not the email address that is listed in the account. Check for typos or extra spaces..

  2. The account owner or manager has not sent you an activation email. Please reach out to them so they can send you an activation email where you will then create your login credentials.

  3. You're logging into an old deleted account. Once you're activated in the new account, make sure you log out of the app completely. Video on how to do this HERE. If you do not do this step, you will get a "no user found" error.

  4. If you're still having issues, send a message to help@netgym.com so we can verify the email we have on file and loop in the account owner to assist.
