  • Compare scheduled hours vs. actual hours

  • See clock-in and clock-out times

  • Spot missing punches or shifts in progress

  • Filter by staff, team, location, or date

  • Export data for payroll or reporting

Use this view to quickly verify time worked and investigate discrepancies.

Shift Reporting

Within Insights (on the website) --> Shift Reporting gives you a detailed, day-by-day view of scheduled shifts, actual clock activity, and worked hours across your team. It’s designed to help you quickly answer questions like:

  • Who was scheduled vs. who actually worked?

  • Did anyone forget to clock in or out?

  • How many hours were worked compared to what was scheduled?

  • Are there shifts still in progress?

What You’ll See

Each row represents a single shift for a staff member within your selected date range.

Columns include:

  • Date – The date of the shift

  • Start Time / End Time – The scheduled shift times (if scheduled)

  • Clock In / Clock Out – The actual times the staff member clocked in and out

  • Actual Hours – Total hours worked based on clock activity

  • Employee ID – Internal identifier for the staff member

  • Notes – Any notes associated with the shift (when available)
