The audience within each channel is based on the Home Club OR Location and/or Skill profile attributes within settings > users.
If you don't have the user profile attributes on your user profile that match the audience filters you or your manager selected for that channel, you won't be in the chat.
Always make sure you have the matching managing home clubs (there is only ONE homeclub on a persons profile) OR locations and/or skills.
For management: You can always add a new skill to label your role (e.g. Admin, management, etc) and make sure that skill is included in all your channel audiences and your user profile. This way you are not being invited to sub those classes but still have visibility of the chat.
Just because you CREATED the chat or you're a business admin does not mean you will be in it!! Your profile MUST meet the audience criteria you set for the chat. You cannot manually add or remove users.
If you created a chat and realized you can't see it, no fret! Try to recall the audience tags you set up and simply add them to your profile. Then you can go back and edit the chat with another skills of choice.
***Cautionary points regarding the use of Home Club as your audience filter:
Home Club should only be used when trying to create a channel for people who teach permanently at those locations. If you are trying to create a channel for everyone that teaches at the location(s), use teaching locations filter instead. The user must have the home club location associated with their profile in 1 of these ways in order to be listed as an audience member for this filter.
If you are a fitness manager, you will be able to create your audience based off of the home club locations you are assigned to as the manager.
If you are a regional admin, you will be able to create your audience based off of the home club locations within the regions you manage
If you are a business admin, you will be able to create your audience based off of all home club locations within the account.
