Add a New Location

Expand the section that is relevant for you based on the scheduling system we are integrated with

Not integrated with scheduling system

  1. Settings (on the website)

  2. Locations

  3. Add New Location

  4. Enter in all of the details of that location

  5. Edit the location to assign a group fitness manager (if you have this permission) OR head to the managers' users profiles within settings, users, and edit their profile to assign the location as a managing location.

  6. If you have regions, make sure the location is assigned to the correct region.

  7. Update the approval settings (require manager approval or not) (if you have this permission). Verify the approval settings for the location

  8. Head to settings > users. Check the user profiles on the left side to then assign the location to the users profiles.

  9. Send any new users/managers an activation email to create their profiles.

  10. New managers can refer to the Knowledge Center, Training, On-Demand Training Checklist.

Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Exerp

Single MBO site, Mariana Tek instance for corporate locations, and Exerp:

  1. Head to settings (website only)

  2. Locations

  3. Click 'Add location from MBO/MT/Exerp'

  4. Check the location box

  5. Sync

  6. Edit (pencil icon) the location to assign a group fitness manager (if you have this permission) OR head to the managers' users profiles within settings, users, and edit their profile to assign the location as a managing location.

  7. If you have regions, make sure the location is assigned to the correct region.

  8. Update the approval settings (require manager approval or not) (if you have this permission). Verify the approval settings for the location

  9. Head to settings > users. Check the user profiles on the left side to then assign the location to the users profiles.

  10. Send any new users/managers an activation email to create their profiles.

  11. New managers can refer to the Knowledge Center, Training, On-Demand Training Checklist.

New Mindbody Sites:

If the location is a new MBO site, let us know the MBO Site ID and Name. We will update your account with the new site and then you will need to login with owner credentials to MBO to activate the integration. We will provide you a link to do this. Once the MBO site is added, we will add the location in for you.

Once NetGym confirms that the location has been added to your account:

  1. Edit the location to assign a group fitness manager (if you have this permission) OR head to the managers' users profiles within settings, users, and edit their profile to assign the location as a managing location.

  2. If you have regions, make sure the location is assigned to the correct region.

  3. Update the approval settings (require manager approval or not) (if you have this permission). Verify the approval settings for the location

  4. Head to settings > users. Check the user profiles on the left side to then assign the location to the users profiles.

  5. Send any new users/managers an activation email to create their profiles.

Franchises using 1 instance of Mariana Tek:

If you do not see the "Add Location" button, then it means you are a franchise connected to the 1 Mariana Tek instance. You will not be able to add your own locations so please connect with us in support to let us know the new location name and we will add it for you.

Once NetGym confirms that the location has been added to your account:

  1. Edit the location to assign a group fitness manager (if you have this permission) OR head to the managers' users profiles within settings, users, and edit their profile to assign the location as a managing location.

  2. If you have regions, make sure the location is assigned to the correct region.

  3. Update the approval settings (require manager approval or not) (if you have this permission). Verify the approval settings for the location

  4. Head to settings > users. Check the user profiles on the left side to then assign the location to the users profiles.

  5. Send any new users/managers an activation email to create their profiles.

ClubReady

In order for us to activate the integration for more locations, complete ClubReady's Authorization for Release of Customer Data and System Access.

This will initiate an email to CR to enable access to NetGym for your specific club IDs. You do not need to add chain, just the specific IDs for your "locations/clubs.

The link to the form is below, along with bullet points regarding NetGym info for you to input into the form. We will need this completed prior to moving forward with the migration.

Fisikal

NetGym enters in specific configuration details from Fisikal and then Syncs in Locations. Let us know if you have a new location coming so we can be sure to add it in for you.

Once NetGym confirms that the location has been added to your account:

  1. Edit the location to assign a group fitness manager (if you have this permission) OR head to the managers' users profiles within settings, users, and edit their profile to assign the location as a managing location.

  2. If you have regions, make sure the location is assigned to the correct region.

  3. Update the approval settings (require manager approval or not) (if you have this permission). Verify the approval settings for the location

  4. Head to settings > users. Check the user profiles on the left side to then assign the location to the users profiles.

  5. Send any new users/managers an activation email to create their profiles.

  6. New managers can refer to the Knowledge Center, Training, On-Demand Training Checklist.

Crunch CMS

  1. Contact NetGym via the live chat or at help@netgym.com to add a new location. The location must be live with the correct ownership group in CMS.

  2. Locations will be added to user profiles automatically based on the locations on the user’s profile in CMS within 24 hours

Once NetGym confirms that the location has been added to your account:

  1. Edit the location to assign a group fitness manager (if you have this permission) OR head to the managers' users profiles within settings, users, and edit their profile to assign the location as a managing location.

  2. If you have regions, make sure the location is assigned to the correct region.

  3. Update the approval settings (require manager approval or not) (if you have this permission). Verify the approval settings for the location

  4. Head to settings > users. Check the user profiles on the left side to then assign the location to the users profiles.

  5. Send any new users/managers an activation email to create their profiles.

  6. New managers can refer to the Knowledge Center, Training, On-Demand Training Checklist.

ABC Fitness Solutions

  1. Contact NetGym via the live chat or at help@netgym.com to add a new location. Let us know the location name, ABC ID, and when you want to start using NetGym for this new location.

  2. NetGym will contact ABC to activate the club

Once NetGym confirms that the location has been added to your account:

  1. Edit the location to assign a group fitness manager (if you have this permission) OR head to the managers' users profiles within settings, users, and edit their profile to assign the location as a managing location.

  2. If you have regions, make sure the location is assigned to the correct region.

  3. Update the approval settings (require manager approval or not) (if you have this permission). Verify the approval settings for the location

  4. Head to settings > users. Check the user profiles on the left side to then assign the location to the users profiles.

  5. Send any new users/managers an activation email to create their profiles.

  6. New managers can refer to the Knowledge Center, Training, On-Demand Training Checklist.
